Aphids

These little bugs can infest plant(s) seemingly overnight and can number in the thousands while multiplying unnoticed under the leaves.  Aphids will suck the sap out of plants and cause severe damage quickly so get on them as soon as you see them!

Treatment for Aphids:

Materials needed:

Greenbug Ready to Use or

Greenbug Concentrate, properly diluted

1. Spray the Greenbug Ready to Use or the Greenbug Concentrate after proper dilution primarily on the undersides of leaves.
2. Directly spray the infested plant by dousing the tops and undersides of leaves as well as all along the stems.
3. It is best to spray either early morning or late evening when there is not direct sun on the plant.
4. Repeat applications for three days.
5. If there is still evidence of Aphids on the plant, continue for three more days.
6. After the evidence of Aphids has ceased, apply the Greenbug Ready to Use or Greenbug Concentrate after proper dilution to the area around the plants weekly to help prevent another infestation.
7. Please note that many organic pest control experts recommend that for aphids, you use a hose and blast the aphids off the leaves/plants. While this can remove them temporarily, it can cause damage to the plants and the Aphids will often come right back to cause damage.  Using Greenbug controls all life cycles of the Aphids and the residual spray left behind discourages additional Aphids from affecting your plant(s).
